Our entry level position is typically a full-time Customer Care Representative (CCR). CCRs go through a rigorous training program to learn the skills necessary to be the front line contact with our customers.
Trase Miller believes in promoting from within. Preference in filling internal positions is always given to those who have worked as a Customer Care Representative. In many cases, one must have worked as a CCR to become eligible for the other positions in our organization.
Benefits
Training - complete, paid training is provided. The training is rigorous and lengthy, but fully educates you in the travel industry, the destinations we sell, and the computer reservations systems we utilize daily. Our training system is designed to accommodate a variety of learning styles. Many employees find our training to be a fun and challenging experience.
Pay - The starting pay is $10.00/hour or $11.00/hour for Spanish bilingual agents. Each employee will receive a yearly performance evaluation and pay review.
Health Insurance - After 3 calendar months of employment, employees are eligible to enroll in our health insurance, which is provided by Community Care of Oklahoma. Coverage is available for the employee, their spouse and children. The program offers medical and prescription drug coverage. Dental coverage is offered in conjunction with Principal Financial.
Life Insurance - Trase Miller pays the full cost of coverage, and takes effect after 3 calendar months of employment. The benefit is equal to an employees annual salary.
401(k) - A 401(k) program is available to employees. Contributions up to 50% are allowed with a company match of 50% of the first 4% of the employee contribution.
Paid Time Off (PTO) PTO hours are used for vacation, illness or personal needs.
Employees receive PTO on the following schedule
- 120 hours (3 weeks) after 1 year of employment
- 160 hours (4 weeks) after 5 years of employment
- 200 hours (5 weeks) after 10 years of employment
