Our client, American Airlines Vacations, offers vacation packages to such destinations as Las Vegas, Florida, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and Central America. Our employees work with travel agents and the public to make dream vacations a reality!

The travel industry is fun and exciting, but also quite demanding. We help the AAV customer select the elements of their vacation package including air transportation, hotel accommodation, car rentals, tours, etc. Booking a package involves using the SABRE computer system and a system called EZRez tobook the various elements of the vacation package.

Our employees must be very knowledgeable about our many vacation options, and be able to help a customer select what is right for their needs. Customer service skills are a must. Our employees are expected to get all the details right, so the customer enjoys a perfect, hassle free vacation.
