Thank you for your interest in Trase Miller. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Care Representatives (CCR).
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is a travel professional who works with direct consumers and travel agents to satisfy their planning needs. Our Customer Care Representatives are the front line of our business. CCRs possess the ability to communicate in a professional manner in a variety of situations and are comfortable in both sales and customer service.
A typical day for a CCR includes taking approximately 50 calls from travel agents and direct consumers, helping them plan and book vacation packages, both domestic and international, to some of themost exciting vacation destinations in the world.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to type a minimum of 20 words per minute
- Basic proficiency with computer/Windows environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
