Trase Miller Technologies has operated a reservations center in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1994. We handle the needs of American Airlines Vacations’ customers, including vacation package building, reservations, Internet site questions, customer service, travel agent needs, and refunds. Our employees utilize Sabre and EZ REZ computer reservations systems, and must become familiar with all the destinations offered by American Airlines Vacations.
